Shipping Policy (Digital Deliverables)

Since we are a digital studio, all deliverables are given electronically via mail, cloud capacity joins, or extend management apparatuses like Trello, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

• Brand Identity Units (Logos, Fonts, Style Guides)

• Video or Movement Graphics (MP4, MOV, or project files)

Delivery Timeline:

• Standard ventures: 2–5 business days (after brief confirmation and payment)
• Complex or multi-phase projects: Timeline shared forthright in the proposal
• Urgent requests: Surge conveyance accessible at an additional cost

Process:

1. Brief Submission – We collect your requirements via frame, e-mail, or meeting.
2. Quote Approval – A clear cite is shared for approval.
3. Advance Payment – Work starts upon receipt of installment (fractional or full, based on agreement).
4. Design & Revisions – To begin with draft conveyed inside the concurred time period. Incorporates 2–3 amendment rounds.
5. Final Delivery – Records shared in suitable groups upon approval.

Payment Terms

• We acknowledge: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer
• 50–100% advance required (depending on venture size)
• Full payment required before last record delivery

Revision & Refund Policy

• 2 rounds of free revisions included per project
• Additional modifications charged at a sensible hourly or level rate
• No discounts for completed or somewhat completed design work
• Projects stopped due to lethargy will be archived after 14 days

Confidentiality

We treat your records, brand resources, and communication as 100% private. Records will never be shared or reused without your consent.

File Groups & Ownership

• Final records conveyed in asked designs (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, etc.)
• Full rights are exchanged upon extend completion and full payment
